Hertz Rent A Car at 1636 Dogwood Drive Southeast, Conyers, Georgia.

So, in needing a rental car the day my car needed to be taken into the collision shop, State Farm reserved a car for me WEEKS in advance. The day of, I called them and they said they had no cars at the time but were waiting on some returns in the next few hours. Well, the 6pm mark was coming and I needed that rental, so I went up there to speak with the representative.

Once there, the representative was RUDE and unprofessional. Sitting down with an earbud in her ear not showing any bit of customer service. She said they still had no cars. The parking lot mind you have 20 + parked out back, just saying. So, She was not caring enough to want to assist me further, so I called State Farm and went to Enterprise! They are wonderful!
