Salem Glen Apartments at 100 Salem Cove Way Southeast, Conyers, Georgia.

I have been a resident at Salem Glen for almost 2 years now & I have not a single complaint. Any maintenance or pest control requests are taken care of immediately. Management ensures the grounds are up kept, keeps the playground area nice and neat, and during the pool season there is always a monitor on duty and the pool is clean. My neighbors & the other tenants are always friendly and smiling in passing. As a mother of two, I feel very safe in this complex & haven't had a single instance in two years that would make me feel otherwise. I have stayed in other local apartment complexes, and out of the 3 I have stayed, Salem Glen has been not only one of the most affordable (one rent increase since I've leased and it was by no means an outrageous increase), but also well maintained and properly managed. Prior to leasing in this community I did my due diligence and read some of the reviews in regards to Salem Glen.. some of them were unfavorable, but upon touring a town home and meeting with leasing office management/staff I felt as if the negative reviews were not entirely accurate. Melanie is far from the intolerable land lord that some of the reviews make her out to be. She is very friendly and has a great personality. She goes out her way to make sure to speak to all future /current residents that enter the leasing office. Every interaction I have had with her she always leaves me smiling. She is exactly what you want/need as a leasing office manager! (When reading reviews always keep an open mind.. it's hundreds of residents at Salem Glen & the majority don't have a single bad thing to say.. there are only a handful of complaints & lets face it consumers by nature are 100% more likely to go out their way to post negative reviews than they are positive reviews.)

With all that being said I highly recommend the Salem Glen community. It is an affordable, well managed, well maintained, safe complex that offers great amenities to its residents!
